CD Install Apps is designed to work on most widely available mobile phones, tablets and desktop computers. You don't need to buy additional access for different devices, and you don't need any specialist hardware beyond the device you already own. A single membership covers use across devices using your library link.
Your library link — delivered by email when you sign up — is your entry point. You can open it on any supported device to browse and access the catalogue. Keep the link accessible across the devices you use most.
On a mobile phone
A standard web browser on most mobile phones is sufficient to access the library. There's no requirement to install a dedicated app first — the library is browsable through your phone's browser using the link provided. Individual titles within the library follow their own installation processes, which are described within the catalogue for each title.
If you use more than one phone — or switch devices — your membership travels with your account, not with a specific device. Log in using your library link on the new device to regain access.
On a tablet
Tablet access works the same way as mobile. The browsable catalogue is designed to display clearly at tablet screen sizes, and the installation process for individual titles follows the same pattern as on a phone. No additional subscription tier is needed for tablet access.
On a desktop or laptop
Desktop and laptop access is available through a standard browser. Titles in the productivity and utilities categories in particular may be best suited to a larger screen, though the full catalogue is accessible from any supported device. Desktop software titles will have their own installation procedures described within the library.
